How often do you offer new deals?

For our first round of deals, we will be keeping the items up for the entire month of March! After March is over, we offer new deals every week, and they will usually last for a total of 7 days.  

 

When can I expect my purchase to ship?

Since the vast majority of our items are preorders, they have an extended shipping time. We always note the shipping time on each item's listing. We strive to ship out all orders 3 to 4 weeks from the date the deal ends. Please note that all shipping dates are an estimate. We can’t offer an exact shipping time because we don't know the volume a sale will do when we post it.

If there is ever a significant delay in shipping, we will always notify our customers as soon as possible. Every item is different and we encourage you to read the shipping estimate on the item's listing prior to purchasing.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Because each item is offered at a highly discounted price, it is a final sale item. No returns or exchanges.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

All customers are required to create an account before an order can be placed. You can log into your account on our website at any time to see the estimated shipping date. Please note your item will remain in the confirmed/processing stage until it is ready to ship. Once it ships, your order status will change to fulfilled and a tracking number will be sent to you via email. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer First Class Shipping through the US Postal Service. Shipping is $3 if you only order one item and $6 for two or more items. 

 

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

No, at this time you cannot combine orders. One of the ways we keep our prices low is to streamline our shipping process to make it as simple as possible. If we allowed orders to be combined, we'd have to cross check each package with the purchase logs to see who gets what, which would take a lot of time. This would take more manpower…which in turn means more money. We want to keep our prices as low as possible! Even with the cost of shipping, our prices are still much lower than retail.
